Supervision for therapists

Clinical Supervision & Professional Guidance in the Process-oriented Couples Constellation method for practicing therapists. Individual and group meetings.

To hold a couple, you must hold a space.
Professional space-holding requires that you first hold yourself.
To hold yourself, you must find a place where you are not alone.

I offer group and individual supervision meetings with an integrative systemic approach. The meetings are intended for professionals in the therapeutic field who already work with couples today: facilitators, therapists, counselors, coaches, parent instructors.

When we work with couples – we not only hear a double story, but hold a living field that asks for accuracy, systemic vision and responsibility.

Find the guidance that suits you

Two possible supervision tracks:

Group supervision track via Zoom online

8 meetings of 3 hours each, once every two weeks
Small groups (5-8 participants)
Live practice, professional reflection, systemic movement.

Individual supervision track via Zoom online

Meetings of an hour and a half,
Frequency of meetings as needed,
Focus on cases from your clinic.

Who is it suitable for?

For those who already work with couples in practice (not for theoretical learning) and seek serious and focused professional guidance.

For those who sometimes feel emotional overload, process confusion, or instability in the face of couple dynamics.

For those who seek to hold processes with a high resolution of listening - both to themselves and to the system.

Therapists who seek to turn constellation work into a focused therapeutic tool in couple processes.

From the clinic

What do those who have already been in supervision say?

Hi, nice to meet you

Sivan Avni, developer of the couple constellation therapy approach - an integrative approach to systemic work with couples.

Certified in advanced facilitation in systemic constellation (international certification with the direct students of Bert Hellinger – the elders generation), and a graduate of the “The Way of the Constellation” school under the guidance of Ishai Gaster, accompanied by 3 years of deep supervision with him. I studied couple therapy in the approach of differentiation and worthiness with Amitai Meged, accompanied by a year of professional supervision with him. I am a certified couple and family counselor, a parent instructor in the approach of emotional intelligence and a graduate of Ronit Haimov’s program for trauma-focused integrative couple and family therapy. This year I am also studying and specializing in the ISP method – Somatic Integrative Psychology, with Dr. Raja Selvam, the developer of the method. This is a groundbreaking method based on international research for the treatment of complex, intergenerational and collective traumas.
Has extensive clinical experience in accompanying couples around crises, impasses and recurring dynamics.
I hold a master’s degree in history and a teaching certificate for secondary education and in the past I served as a teacher, educator and district teacher mentor in secondary education.
This background allows me to combine a deep therapeutic vision with skills in facilitation, teaching and accompanying processes in groups and professional spaces.

What will we do in supervision?

We will identify root dynamics and learn to build a clear therapeutic process with a beginning, middle, and end.

We will strengthen and refine a solid therapeutic stance in front of a couple – without being drawn into the drama triangle

We will develop a "systemic eye" and the ability to see the complex dynamics – and not just the story.

We will practice differentiated standing in a couple space even in moments of high emotional charge.

We will practice the facilitator's position in the empty center.

We will practice holding two family systems and guiding a constellation with both partners together and simultaneously.

What is unique about this supervision?

Specially adapted for clinical work with couples

Even for those who are not constellation facilitators

Innovative method: “Process Couple Constellation”

Tools for working with both partners simultaneously

Therapeutic and educational background of the guidance facilitator

Experience in guidance, training facilitators, teaching and accompanying teams

Integration of innovative technological tools

Ongoing support between meetings with the help of a professional and up-to-date AI agent

I get asked a lot

What is important to know when entering a professional process

I am interested in group supervision, but I have not found fixed dates. How does this take place in practice?

Supervision groups open based on demand from the field, listening to the real needs that arise from clinical practice. You can create a group together with colleagues (a minimum of five professionals), or reach out to me individually and register your interest. Once I have a suitable number of inquiries with a similar professional background, I will contact you directly about the opening of the next group.

This is exactly the place to explore, refine, and build. There is no single model you need to fit into — there is a process that invites you to refine your own way through practice, reflection, and gentle guidance.

Certainly. We're not looking to replace language, but to expand the range. The supervision integrates multiple approaches and allows you to see what has not yet been seen, through a systemic lens and differentiated relational field work.

Yes. Intuition is an important resource, and here it receives context, grounding, and expression. In supervision sessions, you learn to translate your inner sense into therapeutic structures that can be held over time.

If you're actively working with couples and seeking to anchor your professional stance, strengthen your confidence in engaging with couple dynamics, and specialize in working with both partners—there's a precise place for you here. You don’t need to come with answers — only with a willingness to be in the process.

The supervision also includes continuous support; through access to a professional AI agent that I built and is based on a huge library of Bert Hellinger's writings, and also a personal response to cases that require further observation or professional brainstorming.

Most participants report a sense of clarity, presence and a more stable professional position. Beyond the tools and language, a space is created that allows a sense of professional belonging and the possibility of holding complex relationships from a quiet inner place.
