Home / Worthiness
Do you experience a constant need to prove that you are worthy of love?
Are you afraid to make mistakes because it will cost you your place in the relationship?
Do you tend to disappear so as not to burden others, or hold a role that is not yours? Do you think that the silence you keep comes at your own expense?
The Worthiness in Relationship method helps us build internal self-worth that can grow independently, inspiring hope and confidence in the audience.
The Worthiness in Relationship approach offers a unique focus on internal self-worth and emotional differentiation, setting it apart from traditional couples therapy by targeting deep-rooted beliefs about deserving love.
The method is based on the work of Amitti Megged, a marriage and family therapist and certified instructor (MFT), who developed “Differentiation and Worthiness-Based Psychotherapy” in Israel.
Emotional worthiness is a sense of self-worth that does not depend on reaction, function, or outcome. It is the ability to approach a relationship not out of a need for proof, but from an internal root of sufficiency.
The Worthiness approach expands the Emotional Differentiation approach and delves into the areas where the sense of worth is undermined specifically within relationships. It addresses the innermost layers of the “I don’t deserve it” experience and enables deep healing for people who have remained in a position of proof, function, or emotional survival throughout their lives.
The work focuses on understanding the emotional dynamics in which worth becomes conditional—when love is given only on the basis of a role, success, or emotional silence.
Beneath these lies a longing—to be seen, to feel enough, to know that I deserve to be loved even without earning it.
Worthiness is not just how I feel about myself, but also in the emotional standing I encounter in relationships.
Typically, sessions are held weekly or bi-weekly, lasting about [90 minutes], with a structured process tailored to your needs.
This is a process where:
Even the feeling of worthlessness is sometimes a strategy that serves survival or control in a relationship.
The work is not only to heal but also to take ownership of the choice to remain in a place of unworthiness.
