But even when everything exists &#8211; something still does not settle in the heart of the connection. <br data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"454\">Not because there is a problem &#8211; but because there is a part within them that has not yet been given a place.<\/p><p data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"814\">Bert Hellinger&#8217;s text offers us a different perspective. It does not deal with what is missing, but with how it is possible to reconnect to what already exists: to the father and mother within us, to the body that holds within it the possibility of a complete connection. <br data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"682\">It&#8217;s not just understanding &#8211; it&#8217;s a movement.<br data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"710\">And when we allow it to happen, something stabilizes in the connection as well. Not because we solved something, but because we met ourselves more fully. <\/p><p data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"732\">Before reading, I invite you to check &#8211; really through the feeling:<\/p><ul data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"881\"><li data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"799\"><p data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"799\">Where do you feel more presence in the body &#8211; on the father&#8217;s side or on the mother&#8217;s side?<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"799\"><p data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"799\">Which side is quieter? Which one is asking for a place? <\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"838\" data-end=\"881\"><p data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"881\">And how is this embodied in the couple relationship &#8211; without you noticing?<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e58a0c0 e-con-full e-flex elementor-invisible e-con e-child\" data-id=\"e58a0c0\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInUp&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f8b56d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1f8b56d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Man and woman in us<br><em>Things Bert Hellinger carried out as part of a constellation seminar in Germany, November 2011<\/em><\/h2><h3 data-start=\"557\" data-end=\"589\">The fundamental movement between man and woman<\/h3><p data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"691\">When people turn to help, it is almost always about relationships.<br data-start=\"642\" data-end=\"645\">At the heart of every such difficulty lies the dynamic between man and woman.<\/p><p data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"734\">Where does the fundamental movement between man and woman take place?<\/p><p data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"862\">The essence of the connection between them already lives within us.<br data-start=\"768\" data-end=\"771\">When our parents gave us life, they united in us. In our body they became one. <br data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"835\">Thus we became a mixture of mother and father.<\/p><p data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"938\">This mixture is indivisible.<br data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"897\">From the beginning of our existence we carry both of them within us.<\/p><p data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"1030\">And yet, we often behave as if we belong only to one side. As if we are more of a man or more of a woman. <\/p><p data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1062\">Where does that fundamental movement take place?<\/p><p data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1074\">In our body.<\/p><p data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1186\">In each of us live both a father and a mother.<br data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1112\">Within us they are one unit.<br data-start=\"1132\" data-end=\"1135\">From the moment life begins, each of us is both a man and a woman.<\/p><p data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1347\">Sometimes we identify more with one side.<br data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1224\">And yet, a man is perfected through a woman and a woman is perfected through a man.<br data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1275\">The man seeks the woman because he needs her, and the woman seeks the man because she needs him.<\/p><p data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1449\">The basic union between man and woman must first take place within us.<br data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1405\">Sometimes difficulties and even diseases stem from this internal rift.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1462\">Meditation<\/h3><p data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1562\">Imagine you are standing firmly on two legs.<br data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1508\">Try standing on only one leg and you will discover how quickly you will need the second.<\/p><p data-start=\"1564\" data-end=\"1629\">Two legs create stability and movement.<br data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1600\">They work together so that we can walk.<\/p><p data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1721\">Imagine that one leg represents masculinity and the other represents femininity.<br data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1686\">Both are different and yet need each other.<\/p><p data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1782\">Their meeting point is in the genitals.<br data-start=\"1756\" data-end=\"1759\">There the masculine and feminine meet.<\/p><p data-start=\"1784\" data-end=\"1846\">In relationships it is easy to forget that the movement to the other must also take place within us.<\/p><p data-start=\"1848\" data-end=\"1940\">Look at the right hand and the left hand.<br data-start=\"1875\" data-end=\"1878\">Pay attention to the differences.<br data-start=\"1894\" data-end=\"1897\">Combine them.<br data-start=\"1907\" data-end=\"1910\">Allow both sides to be equal.<\/p><p data-start=\"1942\" data-end=\"2016\">One side represents the father and one side the mother.<br data-start=\"1977\" data-end=\"1980\">When they meet within us, a union is made possible.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2018\" data-end=\"2027\">Relationships<\/h3><p data-start=\"2029\" data-end=\"2084\">The connection between man and woman is the foundation of life.<br data-start=\"2063\" data-end=\"2066\">Through it life continues.<\/p><p data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2169\">When a man and a woman fall in love, they do not know what they are getting into. It&#8217;s a good thing. Otherwise no one would dare.  <\/p><p data-start=\"2171\" data-end=\"2247\">The relationship serves life, and to the same extent also death.<br data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2222\">Through it we meet both.<\/p><p data-start=\"2249\" data-end=\"2369\">Women have a particularly deep connection to life and death.<br data-start=\"2284\" data-end=\"2287\">They experience creation and loss in their bodies.<br data-start=\"2314\" data-end=\"2317\">The feminine within us brings us closer to the essence in which life and death meet.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2371\" data-end=\"2379\">Guilt<\/h3><p data-start=\"2381\" data-end=\"2431\">Guilt plays a significant role in our lives, especially in the face of death.<\/p><p data-start=\"2433\" data-end=\"2506\">When we feel guilty we ask to get rid of it.<br data-start=\"2475\" data-end=\"2478\">Atonement becomes a movement against life.<\/p><p data-start=\"2508\" data-end=\"2558\">Guilt and atonement do not serve life.<br data-start=\"2540\" data-end=\"2543\">They oppose them.<\/p><p data-start=\"2560\" data-end=\"2656\">When a person takes upon himself absolute guilt, he places himself in the place of God, as if he decides on life and death.<\/p><p data-start=\"2658\" data-end=\"2727\">Healing comes when we accept things as they are.<br data-start=\"2704\" data-end=\"2707\">Open to life and love.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2729\" data-end=\"2738\">Abortions<\/h3><p data-start=\"2740\" data-end=\"2811\">The issue of abortions also raises questions of guilt, arrogance and forces operating beyond our understanding.<\/p><p data-start=\"2813\" data-end=\"2956\">Forces greater than us are operating here.<br data-start=\"2844\" data-end=\"2847\">When we let go of the arrogance of guilt, a direct encounter with life itself is made possible.<br data-start=\"2909\" data-end=\"2912\">Turning to life without atonement.
