Your dynamic didn’t start with you. It continues what was not resolved in previous relationships, in previous generations, in voices that were not heard. <\/strong>
Here, you can see the connection from both the inside and the outside. To understand how your story began, and how you can write a new chapter in it. <\/strong><\/p>

Process Couple Constellation is an integrative couples therapy method that I developed from years of clinical experience with many couples, especially couples who live without a supportive family backing, to create a deep, noticeable, and lasting couple change in a relatively short period of time.<\/p>

The method is based on four cornerstones that create precise and deep change in the relationship:<\/p>

The four components:<\/h3>

1. Family Constellation:<\/strong> We will identify the ancestral dynamics that you carry without knowing: silent loyalties, lack of belonging, roles that are not yours. We will illuminate what has passed through you, to allow you to choose differently.
2. Emotional Distinction:<\/strong> We will learn how to remain stable within closeness. To feel, think, and act from within ourselves, even when we love. Distinction is the basis for true freedom in a relationship.
3. Worthiness in a Couple Relationship:<\/strong> We will look at your deep belief about love, value, and place. We will build an internal sense of value that does not depend on the functioning or agreement of the other.
4. Body-Mind Techniques for Strengthening Emotional Anchor:<\/strong> Using experiential tools from the world of mindfulness, SE, and guided imagery to release emotional tensions, build physical security, and accompany in-depth couple processes. <\/p>

What does it look like in practice?<\/h3>

The process spans 12 to 16 meetings, once a week or once every two weeks – depending on the pace of the process. Both partners participate – and each of you also gets a place for yourself, and also a shared in-depth look at the connection.<\/p>
