Couples Therapy –
A Journey Back to Connection & Renewed Love

about couple therapy

Do you find yourselves stuck in the same arguments, again and again?
Do the long silences sometimes feel even more painful than the fights themselves? , Or maybe you simply feel distant — even when you're in the same room?
That’s completely natural!

Every relationship has its ups and downs.
But sometimes, the routine, the pain,
and the challenges can push us too far apart.

Couples therapy is an invitation to come back—to each other, to true connection, and to the love you both deserve.

What challenges are you experiencing?

  • Communication that has become difficult: every conversation turns into an argument, or you avoid talking altogether for fear it will escalate.

  • A sense of distance and loneliness in the relationship: you're together, but it sometimes feels like you're living in different worlds—alone, within the relationship.

  • A cycle of anger and hurt: emotions that have built up over the years keep resurfacing, making every attempt at connection feel painful and complicated.

How Can Couples Therapy Help?

Couples therapy offers you a space to pause the noise and explore what’s truly getting in the way.
It’s not just a place to talk — It’s a space to feel, to understand, and to rebuild your connection.

What Might You Experience After Therapy?

Stability and security:

You’ll create a relationship that can hold you—even through challenging times—and help you grow together.

Closer than ever:

You’ll experience moments of connection and trust that remind you why you chose each other.

Speaking the same language again:

You’ll learn how to communicate openly and lovingly—without fear

or criticism.

A Story from the Clinic: "Like a Never-Ending Roller Coaster"

One couple came to me after years of trying to work through their difficulties—through self-help books, retreats, and communication workshops.
“At first, it felt like we were improving,” they told me, “but every time, after a few weeks, we’d end up right back where we started—fighting, feeling distant, like we were stuck on a roller coaster that never ends.”

During therapy, we discovered that their struggles weren’t just about the present. They were rooted in old patterns of guilt and unconscious identification with family members from the past.

The turning point came when they were able to recognize those ties — and begin to release them.
Today, they say they’re able to have quiet, thoughtful conversations instead of painful silence —
and that, for the first time in years, they finally feel like they’re on the same side again.

“We didn’t think we could ever feel close again,” they told me.
But they do.
And it’s possible for you too!

How Does It Work?

During the therapy process, we’ll explore the roots of your challenges—
from everyday routines to deeper patterns that originated in your families of origin.
We’ll combine conversation, couples exercises, and experiential tools to ensure that you feel the change—not just talk about it.

The Framework:

Duration of the process: Typically around 16 sessions.

Session length: 90 minutes, with practical exercises to implement at home.

Location: In-person at my clinic in Kiryat Tivon or online—your choice.

Cost: 555 NIS per session, paid in advance.

Questions Worth Asking Yourself Right Now:

  • When was the last time I truly felt that my partner was listening to me?

  • What change would I like to see in our relationship one year from now?

  • What am I willing to discover about myself in order to strengthen our relationship?
