Couples therapy - a journey to renewed connection and renewed love
Do you find yourself returning to the same arguments again and again?
Do the long silences sometimes feel more painful than the fights themselves? Or maybe you just feel distant -
Even when you are in the same room?
It's natural! Relationships go through ups and downs.
But sometimes the routine, the pain and the challenges push us too far.
Couples therapy is an opportunity to return - to each other, to a real connection, and to the love you deserve.
What are the challenges you are experiencing?
Communication that has become difficult:
Every conversation turns into an argument, or you avoid talking at all for fear it will blow up.
A feeling of distance and loneliness in a relationship:
You are together, but sometimes it feels like you live in different worlds - alone, within the relationship.
A circle of anger and hurt:
Feelings accumulated over the years surface again and again, making any attempt at a relationship painful and complex
How will couples therapy help?
Couples therapy is a space where you can stop the noise and examine what is really bothering you. It's not just a place to talk - it's a place to feel, understand, and rebuild your connection.
How will you feel after the treatment?
Stability and security:
Build a relationship that lasts even in difficult times, and that helps you grow together.
Closer than ever:
You will experience moments of connection and trust that remind you why you chose each other.
Again speaking the same language:
You will learn to communicate in an open and loving way, without fear or criticism.
A story from the clinic: "Like a never-ending roller coaster"
One couple came to me after years of trying to solve their difficulties - through self-help books, retreats, and communication workshops.
"In the beginning it felt like we were getting better," they told me, "but every time after a few weeks, we would return to the starting point - to the fights, to the feeling of distance, as if we were trapped in a never-ending roller coaster."
During the treatment, we discovered that their problem was not only in the present - it stemmed from patterns of guilt and identification with family members from the past.
The turning point was when they were able to identify these bonds and begin to release them.
Today, they report that they manage to have quiet conversations instead of thunderous silences - and that they finally have a feeling that they are on the same side of the relationship again. "We didn't think we could feel close again," they told me. But they are - and it is possible for you too.
how does it work
During the treatment, we will explore together the roots of your difficulties - from the daily routine to patterns that came from your families.
We will combine conversation, couple exercises and experiential tools, to ensure that you can experience the change, not just talk about it.

Duration of each meeting: an hour and a half, with tasks to implement at home.
Location: at the clinic in Kiryat Tivon or online, your choice.
